“[Tom] just said, ‘The credits are in the wrong place’. He looked at the whole first act and said, ‘The first act is great, it’s the best it’s ever been, you’ve fixed all those issues. But the credits are in the wrong place – they’ve got to go after the scene with Kittridge.’”
McQuarrie added,
“Just the right place for them to be. So they go 28 minutes into the movie – who cares! It’s the right vibe. You go into the credits with a win. He was right.”

In a candid interview,Tom Cruiseopened up about filming the dangerous bike stunt in the now-releasedMission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part.The actor told ET that the motorcycle scene was filmed on the first day of shooting, and it was quite challenging for the entire crew. He told the outlet,
“Well, we know either we will continue with the film or we’re not. Let’s know day one! Let us know day one what is going to happen: Do we all continue or is it a major rewrite?”
