After the announcement of Netflix’s live adaptation of Eiichiro Oda’sOne Piece, fans were sharing their opinion of the actors that will play the renowned characters. And a Reddit user, shared a picture of Monkey D. Garp alongside the Austrian Oak, captioning“Arnold Schwarzenegger as Garp would be lit af.”
Schwarzenegger as Monkey D. Garp would be the most appropriate casting, as the actor’s facial structure is similar to Garp’s. Moreover, the Vice Admiral of the Marine Forces has the strength of a monster with formidable combat prowess. Additionally, Garp’s muscles are not just for show, as he can take down powerful adversaries, and he is one of the most powerful Haki users in theOne Pieceworld.
Schwarzenegger’s massive physique, and background as a bodybuilder with numerous action roles in his resume, the actor would be the most appropriate for the role of Monkey D. Garp.

Fans Share Their Opinion On Possibly Watching Arnold Schwarzenegger as Monkey D. Garp
While casting choices are different and it depends on a variety of factors, majorly if the vision of the actor and the director is aligning or not. However, the fans of theOne Piecelive-action series are excited to see the former Governor of California playing the role of Monkey D. Garp.
A fan states that they never thought of watching the actor playing the role but they would like to see it.
