Another legendary figure from the music industry is undoubtedly Eminem. The rapper also has received several prestigious awards for his contribution to the world of music. However, Scorsese does not seem to be impressed with the rapper despite the two having one significant thing in common in their respective careers.

Martin Scorsese Didn’t Care Much About Eminem Despite One Common Achievement

However, his director Scorsese couldn’t care less about his performance as he was seen supposedly asleep during his performance. There is one significant thing in common between Scorsese and Eminem. AsEntertainment Weeklypoints out, both are a Tony award short of joining the rare EGOT (those who have collectively earned Emmy, Grammy, Oscar, and Tony awards) community. Despite this similar achievement, the director seems to be not impressed with Eminem’s music.

“He has range. He keeps growing. He also has a lot of courage. I know he’ll go to places that other people might pull back from… I’ve been working with him over the years he’s been growing as a person. He’s maturing from a young kid to a young man. As he changes in life, he’s changing on film.”
The actor-director duo a set to collaborate yet again for a film calledThe Wager.Currently, their filmKillers of the Flower Moonhas been nominated in several categories at various award events. The film is sure to nab some major awards at these events.
