When Marvel Studios first shared the making of another sequel to the Ryan Reynolds-starrerDeadpoolmovie series, MCU fans were over the moon. Pumped up to see their favorite superhero once again on the big screens with an exciting new storyline leaving them ecstatic, fans have been getting a lot of rumors as well as updates about the upcoming third installment from the superhero series.
Yet, fans are hesitant to believe the rumors about the casting ofDeadpool 3,the list of which was recently updated with Channing Tatum’s name under the category of playing one of the X-Men superheroes, Gambit.

Back in 2014, the Marvel Cinematic Universe had fans all giddied up with the news ofChanning Tatumstarring as one of the most incredible X-Men mutants: Gambit, in his own superhero movie. Looking forward to it, MCU fans were even willing to put up with the constantly delaying release dates of the film – that was, until they finally officially called off the project.
However, recent rumors have ignited hope in fans once again. According to a tweet by DeadpoolUpdate onX, Tatum just might make his appearance as the X-Men mutant in the film as a stunt double:

Regardless of it all, if these rumors are indeed true, then perhaps Channing Tatum just might end up making his appearance as Gambit in the MCU movie – even though it will be in the position of a stunt double.
