For the longest time, Sony Pictures Entertainment has owned the rights to produce and distribute Spider-Man projects which have flourished for over a decade. This could either mean that the studio is re-releasingThe Amazing Spider-Manfilms (keeping in tandem with the recent trend displayed by James Cameron) or the much more agreeable and fandom-pleasing choice ofThe Amazing Spider-Man 3. The latter choice will deliver the much-needed film that will explore the aftermath of the tragedy of Gwen Stacy’s passing. It will also beautifully top off Andrew Garfield’s trilogy as the Marvel comic superhero.

Tom Holland is amazing and deserves to continue in the MCU.
But let’s give Andrew Garfield another chance as The Amazing Spider-Man. Just make sure you get some good writers, a fantastic director, and good producers on board.
