Capcom has set the stage for an exciting expansion of theResident Evil 4 Remakewith the much-anticipatedSeparate WaysDLC. While fans have been eagerly awaiting this addition, the latest revelation has added an extra layer of excitement – the DLC will feature an expansive narrative with a total of seven chapters, promising extended gameplay and immersive storytelling.

Capcom recently announced theSeparate WaysDLC will focus on the character Ada Wong, who is adored by Resident fans. Ada Wong is no stranger to intrigue and mystery with her storyline inResident Evil 4 Remakeand soonSeparate Ways.As she delves into the secrets surrounding the Las Plagas virus players will join her on an exhilarating journey filled with twists and lurking dangers at every turn.
Originally introduced as a bonus mode in the GameCube version of Resident Evil 4 DLC has been enhanced for theResident Evil 4 Remake. This time players will have the chance to delve into Ada Wong’s narrative regardless of their chosen gaming device.

Resident Evil 4: Separate Ways DLC to Feature Seven Chapters, New Playable Character, and Diverse Locations
The expanded narrative ofSeparate Wayswill take Ada Wong to various locations in Spain, each with its own unique challenges. Players can expect to explore settings like a foreboding castle, a secluded village, and a mysterious island. Along this perilous path, Ada will face off against an array of new adversaries, including mutated villagers, formidable giant insects, and a menacing new boss known as U-3.

One of the amazing features of theSeparate WaysDLC is the addition of a new playable character named Luis Sera. As a researcher deeply involved in his investigation of the Las Plagas virus Luis brings a perspective, to the game’s storyline. Players will have the opportunity to take control of Luis during the part of the DLC, which further enriches the gameplay experience.
Capcom has set the release date for theSeparate WaysDLC on July 17, 2025, and it will be available for all gaming platforms. Players can obtain the DLC either as part of the Deluxe Edition ofResident Evil 4 Remakeor through a separate purchase.
