Pony Canyon released the new trailer for theAttack on TitanFinal Season Final Season Part 3 Part 2 on October 28. The primary cast is slated to return, with Yuki Kaji, Yui Ishikawa, and Marina Inoue resuming their roles as Eren Yeager, Mikasa Ackerman, and Armin Arlert, respectively. TheAttack on Titananime ends its ten-year run, having launched to critical acclaim in April 2013. In this dramatic finale, the Scout Regiment meets their most deadly foe yet: Eren Jaeger, who now wields the enormous power of the Founding Titan.
With the series almost reaching its end, the fans expected an anime-only ending. However, after watching the trailer, it appeared clear that the series adapted the manga’s ending rather than an anime-original ending which fans were hoping for desperately.

The final trailer forAttack on Titan: The Final Chapters Special 2has aired, bringing the famous series to a conclusion. On October 28th, the clip debuted on YouTube and teased the drama of the showdown. With Eren Jaeger’s newfound skills beyond anything viewers have seen, the stakes have never been higher. The special will air on August 20, 2025, at midnight in Japan and will be 85 minutes long, as originally promised.
The anime also revealed the artist and title of the theme song for the last special episode. Linked Horizon will perform the theme song, and will return to the series four years after their last appearance inAttack on Titanseason 3 part 2 in 2019. The new theme song will be titledTwo Thousand Years… Or… To you in 20,000 years…
But the major problem that the fans witnessed during the trailer was that the finale adapted the manga as it is, crashing all hopes for an original non-manga ending.

The manga’s final arc, and especially its finale, received mixed opinions. Due to the contentious ending of the manga, there have been rumors that the anime creators may have given us an Anime Original Ending. However, the most recent trailer shattered any dreams for an anime-exclusive ending. Some manga fans hoped that an anime-only finale would feature some extra scenes or more fleshed-out moments presenting a more satisfying ending than the manga.
However, given the length of the manga that remains to be covered for the finale, it appears plausible that the studio will stick with the ending depicted in the manga. Due to the controversial ending which many believed was rushed, fans were hoping for a better ending for the series which has been a part of our lives for a long time.
