A couple of days ago, Samsung’s upcoming foldable devicesGalaxy Z Fold3 and Z Flip3 leaked in striking high resolution renders,and here we have yet another set of Z Flip3 press photos ahead of its launch.
It turns out the previous renders were indeed accurate as the Z Flip3 holds a similar design language as the previously leaked Z Flip3. This time around, we have leaks of every Z Flip3 color -Matte black color, which Samsung calls “Phantom Black.” Purple, Dark Grey, and Gold.

Coming to the specifications, the phone will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 processor, unlike the plus variant of Qualcomm’s flagship processor used in the Z Flip2 (Snapdragon 855+). Qualcomm revealed theSnapdragon 888 Plusyesterday; hence, we hoped that the Z Flip3 might use the same.
Apart from that, the base variant of the phone should have 8/128GB storage. The display is of 25:9 aspect ratio at 6.7-inches with a refresh rate of 120Hz which makes it slightly bigger than the Galaxy Z Flip2.
Rumors suggest that the battery is a 3,300mAh capacity which is not a lot, but it should support 15W charging via the USB-C port. The price of the device is rumored to be around € 1,200.
According to a Chinese website, Samsung will not launch the most awaited Galaxy S21 Fan Edition in the upcoming event but Foldables only. The same website also suggests the release date should be 27th August. Samsung also revealed theirfirst WearOS-powered Galaxy Watch 4 seriesyesterday.
