Robert Downey Jr. and about half the Avengers have left the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The main six Avengers may never be able to get back together on screen, however, it is not a total negative when it comes to their meetings off-screen. While the world continues to pray for Jeremy Renner’s speedy recovery; his co-stars are no different and have been hoping that he is once again in his best functioning self.

The cast has come to know each other for a long time and has also become great friends. So it is without a question that there would be days when they hang out and go around having fun. Usually, they don’t get time to do so, but when they do; Robert Downey Jr. went ahead and pointed at both Chris Evans and Jeremy Renner for their socializing abilities.

Robert Downey Jr. Thinks Jeremy Renner Is The Underground Lord

In an interview, the six Avengers cast members were assembled and asked about their lives outside of the set. To this,Robert Downey Jr. admitted that when it comes to brunch, he’s in charge. However, when it comes to them getting together after they’re done working for the day, Chris Evans andJeremy Rennerusually take over. He even deemed Renner to be Pluto, Lord of the Underworld.

Pluto, the Roman God of the Underworld was compared to theHawkeyeactor, not because of his dark persona, but more as a reference to him being somewhat of a party animal. According to Downey, the actor is a social butterfly and will always be in charge of the arrangements and would somehow know exactly what to do and where to go. He’d be able to mix well with everyone and it would seem as if he was the Lord of the Underworld. Downey even stated that the second-best contender for this would be Chris Evans.
