Pre-orders for Marvel’sSpider-Man 2Limited Edition console are now live! Ahead of the game releasing in October, PlayStation bundles will be launching in September and as of today at 10am ET/7am PT (US), gamers could log on and put down some of their hard earned money to get their hands on this setup.
The products are all available viaPlayStation Directin countries where they can access the online store and according to Sony, will be available in other countries through various retailers.

Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 Limited Edition console
And players looking forward to picking this up will have to part with some serious coin in order to pick this up.
The PS5 Marvel’sSpider-Man 2Limited Edition Bundle comes in at $599.99/£569.99 and features a custom console cover design showing the unmistakeable Spider-Man logo about to be devoured by the darkness of the symbiote. This is completed with matching wireless controller and a voucher for one digital copy of the standard edition ofSpider-Man 2.
If players just want to pick up the console cover on it’s own, then this comes in at $64.99/£54.99 and is available to order separately. The DualSense controller can also be ordered separately and this comes in at $79.99/£69.99. We can see these products released on September 1, with the game itself due to launch the following month on October 20.

And prospective buyers of Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 Limited Edition console should also note that the PS5 has also seen a massive price cut for the first time since it’s launch way back in November 2020. Sony have temporarily discounted the console by £75/€75 but it has been noted that some retailers may be offering a deal which betters this.
But at the time of writing, it looks like the covers are ALREADY selling out and fans on Twitter were voicing their disappointment and blaming scalpers for snapping them up on release and put them on ebay for around $100 over the retail price;
“The controller is literally sold out still… :(“
“Welp, i was able to get the controller but the scalpers got the covers.”
“yall need to add more to the stock because they’re getting sold out by scammers buy multiple of them and sell them from high prices. It’s 2020 over again.”
Despite this, many players have posted saying they have been able to get their covers from other retailers such as Amazon, Walmart and Game. So maybe just shop around and stay away from scalpers trying to suck the life out of you.
