At the premiere ofReese Witherspoon‘s new series,The Last Thing He Told Me, her good friend,Jennifer Garner, praised her for producing more female-led projects. She said,
“Honestly, Reese is behind that, she has really pushed me. She said to me a few years ago, ‘Nobody is sitting around thinking, what can I shoot in L.A. that’s going to have a 50-year-old woman in it?’ She’s like, ‘You’ve got to create your own stuff.’ All women in this town owe a debt of gratitude to Reese.”
After becoming a known actress, Witherspoon slowly shifted to working on things behind the camera. The actress produced the 2021 Netflix filmYes Dayand the upcoming movie,Family Leave.

Reese Witherspoon recently ended her relationship
On April 1st, 2023 Reese Witherspoon announced on her Instagram that she has ended her 12-year-long relationship with Jim Toth. She wrote,
“We have some personal news to share. It is with a great deal of care and consideration that we have made the difficult decision to divorce. We have enjoyed so many wonderful years together and are moving forward with deep love, kindness, and mutual respect for everything we have created together. These matters are never easy and are extremely personal.”
She made her first public appearance at the premiere of her new show alongside her good friend, Jennifer Garner. Several sources have claimed that Witherspoon’s marriage came to an end because she was too busy focusing on her career.
