The actress once shared that she was supposed to kiss Depp’s character in the flick, but she refused. In a candid interview, she narrated the episode,“Yeah, I was supposed to kiss him, but on the day, I had a little cold, and I didn’t want to do that to him,”Isla Fisher, who is married to actor-comedian Sacha Baron Cohen, added,
“He’s the second sexiest man in the world after my husband.”

In a previous interview, she shared that she regretted not kissing him,“Although we were only voicing the characters, we were encouraged to actually act out scenes.”The Australian native star continued,
“It came to the scene where my character kisses Johnny’s, but I ducked out as I had a really bad cold, and I didn’t want him to catch it,” adding, “Afterwards I was like, ‘What was I thinking? It’s Johnny Depp.’ Maybe I should have just got the kiss and given him the germs.”

Fisher claimed that she turned down filming a kissing scene with Johnny Depp because she had a cold on the day of the shoot and did not want him to get sick as well.
