The actor, who himself is a big fan ofThe Witcherbook and game series, has been quite vocal about how he was adamant about landing the lead role in the Netflix adaptation and was super excited once he did actually get the part. However, his wonderful journey as Geralt of Rivia would be coming to an end with the third season of the show.

Cavill left the fans devastated after he announced his departure from the series last year. Although he is making his way out of the series, there is hardly any doubt that he loved bringing the monster hunter to life on-screen. And during an interview with BBC Radio 1, the actor opened up about his favorite moments from the show.

Henry Cavillhas been quite open about being a big fan ofThe Witchergame and book series. And this is one of the reasons the show was a big deal for the actor. As he portrayed Geralt of Rivia for three consecutive seasons, the actor has opened up about his favorite moments from the show.
During an interview, theJustice Leaguestar was asked about his favorite moment fromThe Witcher,and like many fans out there, it wasn’t easy for him to pick one as well.“To be honest, to pick out any particular moment is a tough one,”he said before adding that he’s a fan of both the game and the book series.

While he was unable to pick one from the show, as there were several references to both games and books, he did have an exciting moment off-camera. He shared that as he got ready and took the avatar of the monster hunter, he was able to realize how much he loved doing it.
“I am sitting there, and I am completely different to how I looked two hours previous, those were moments where I thought, ‘Wow! I’m in a dream job right now.'”

The Witcherstar is set to make his final appearance as Geralt of Rivia in Volume II ofThe WitcherSeason 3.

Actress Anya Chalotra has been starring alongside Henry Cavill in the Netflix fantasy TV show since its first season as Yennefer. The actress reprised her role in the third season of the show and recently talked about starring in the Netflix series.
“When we are all on set, we’re dedicated to playing these characters and bringing them to life in the best way,”she said, before adding that her co-star Henry Cavill does the same for his character as well. Talking about his departure from the show, Chalotra said that the news was hard to take, as theImmortalsstar was more like a family to her.
“That news was hard to take because he’s family. We’ve been together for five years,”she said. The Wanderlust actress also shared that it would be hard to see him leave after working together for so long.The Hunger Gamesactor Liam Hemsworth will be starring as Geralt of Rivia from the fourth season of the show.
