Many aspiring and new artists attempt to work with Marvel Studios at the very start of their careers as the Marvel Cinematic Universe has grown to become one of the largest franchises in the industry. And in turn, even Marvel offers them multi-movie contracts so that new actors and actresses can stick around for a long time.

Elizabeth Olsen warned new actors and actresses against signing multi-movie deals with Marvel

In a recent appearance on theHappy Sad Confusedpodcast,Elizabeth Olsenopened up about her own experience at Marvel Studios. The actress told the host Josh Horowitz that the new actors should only sign for one movie or series at a time as it gives them more ‘creative control‘ over themselves. She said,

“Let’s say you’re like,‘This was the most fun I’ve ever had, and I love this character so much I want to do it again,’ you now have more creative control for the next one.”

“It took me away from the physical ability to do certain jobs that I thought were more aligned with the things I enjoyed as an audience member. And this is me being the most honest. I started to feel frustrated. I had this job security but I was losing these pieces that I felt were more part of my being. And the further I got away from that, the less I became considered for it.”

However, it seems like the new actors and actresses do not want to waste any time and just sign long-time deals with Marvel as their cinematic universe is ever-expanding.
