Letitia Wright’s Clarification on theBlack Panther 3film
In a recent red carpet interview with BuzzFeed, Letitia Wright clarified her earlier comment on the possibility of a third movie and explained what she meant was that in a popular and successful franchise, there is always hope that another movie would take place. And if a third film deems fit for the franchise, then it would take place, but it would be time-consuming because writing a script takes time.
“What I tried to say, maybe I didn’t do it clearly enough, to clarify, there is always the hope that you would have another film, especially in a franchise. If there is to be another film, which I hope there will be, I think there will be; it takes time to make it; you have to go through the script process. Ryan needs rest to think of what to put together for the next one which, he’s a genius but geniuses also need rest and food. But in the meantime, I’m gonna be getting ready and try to put some different work out there before that time is ready.”

Letitia Wright’s clarification saddened the fan base as they were excited that they would see another Black Panther film in a year or two, but her recent clarification has been taken with a dab of salt by some fans.

“There are certainly ideas we’ve floated around of what a third film could be if we get to make it. But until the movie comes out, we’re a bit superstitious in that way. We don’t want to count our chickens, because you never know what’s going to happen.”
