A woman identified as Jane Doe has recently accused Jamie Foxx of sxual assault. The woman accused the actor of sxually assaulting her at Catch NYC & Roof in August 2015. Now, according to a new report, she pleaded with a judge to remain unidentified.

Given the popularity and fame of the actor, the woman reportedly fears for her safety as the initial report of the alleged assault has already grabbed several headlines. Now, she asked for her anonymity as she had already witnessed shock and embarrassment.

Jamie Foxx’s Accuser Has A Special Request For The Court

The lawsuit againstJamie Foxx’salleged s*xual assault has got a new update as the accuser has asked the court to keep her name undisclosed and remain Jane Doe to the public as she fears for her safety following the buzz after the first report of the assault.

“I was sxually assaulted as indicated in the Complaint and as a result, I suffered psychological and emotional injuries. I do not desire to publicly disclose my identity as a victim of sxual assault because this matter is highly sensitive, and I have already experienced significant shock, shame, and embarrassment for my disclosure due to the prominence and celebrity status of the Defendants,”she said (via,Radar Online).

She is also concerned about the buzz that the lawsuit has created.“This case has already been on every major news outlet and has caused me to fear for my safety given the fame of Defendant,”she added concerning her safety. As of now, the report doesn’t state if the court agreed to her request.

While Doe has asked the court to keep her name from the world, she said that she has no problem disclosing her name to Foxx and his legal team. The accuser further added that it has already caused her emotional distress and publicizing her name would further the emotional trauma.

“It is very difficult for me to come forward and talk about the events that occurred. The s*xual assault I suffered has caused my depression, anxiety, lack of sleep, distress, and I am fearful that a public disclose will cause further emotional trauma,”Doe stated.

She further added,“I do not want to bear the stigma that is associated with being a s*xual assault victim.”

As per earlier reports, Foxx was“intoxicated”at the time as he allegedly called her a supermodel and got handsy. Foxx’s representatives have dismissed the claim.
