Everything Everywhere All at Onceis a 2023 Academy Award-winning sci-fi movie starring Michelle Yeoh. In the movie, she plays an immigrant mom who discovers powers when the world’s in trouble because of a rift between dimensions.

The film suggests the true meaning of life that comes from understanding — there’s no built-in purpose; everything and every moment holds equal value.
Yeoh became the first Asian to win the Academy Award for Best Actress for her performance. The movie also won a total of seven awards, including best picture.

All the sheer credit goes to the daring role of Evelyn Wang, played by the 60-year-old actress. But she mentioned that when it came to playing the role, it felt like she had been rehearsing it for her entire 40-year career.

I turned 60 this year, and it’s been a while since I was offered the lead role. I have amazing supporting roles, like in “Crazy Rich Asians” and “Shang-Chi.”
