The only way to unlock the Big Bell’s crafting recipe is by ranking up your ranch level through taking care of your farm animals. you’re able to pet, feed, and play with them to increase your Tier levels faster. Additionally, after reaching level 45, you can head to the Ranching Skill Perks section and unlock the recipe.
