It’s been almost a decade sinceGTA 5was released and Rockstar Games has finally announced that they will be dropping the trailer forGTA 6in early December. The trailer for the game might just stop the time when it’s released. Several leaks have surfaced on the internet regarding the game over the years including the characters, setting, weapons, and more, revealing a lot of things.

The police system will be completely evolved in GTA 6.

One of those leaks was the Police system inGTA 6which is said to have been improved significantly than what was seen inGTA 5. While players await the trailer release, there are speculations on how the police AI and wanted system will improve inGTA 6, and here’s what we know about that so far.

How Will the Police System Improve in GTA 6

The majorGTA 6leak back in September 2022 revealed a lot more about the game than players were supposed to know. The leak revealed the early gameplay footage among other things and although a lot might have changed since then, it is still interesting to speculate. One of the major points of the discussion is the police AI and wanted system and how it might improve than inGTA 5.

Police inGrand Theft Autogames have improved game over game.GTA 5had police officers acting aggressively toward players and engaging in combat such as gunfights and car chases. There are also helicopters seen in pursuit of players but it’s all going to improve inGTA 6. The police system will be much better with police officers’ changed behavior towards players as per the situation, surrounding the area, taking time to reach a crime scene, and more.

GTA 6 will have more chase sequences than gun fights.

Police officers inGTA 5arrive just seconds after players commit a crime and it is a good thing but that doesn’t happen much in real life.GTA 6will improve this, adding more realism as police officers will arrive a little later and players will have time to carry out robberies and will also have some time on their hands to escape. This increases the scope of freedom and results in more chase sequences than gun fights.

Grand Theft Autogames have some of the best chase sequences and players must respray their vehicles or get out of sight of police to escape from them.GTA 6will feature better chase sequences as with the improved police system, police officers will remember the players’ vehicle model numbers and number plates. This will push players to change their vehicles and make the chases more thrilling, more than it is inGTA 5.

Police officers' behavior will change according to the situation.

There are also rumors that there will be fully functioning CCTV cameras in the open world of GTA 6, surveying the streets and other places. This will result in the police getting alerts about a crime committed in front of the cameras and coming in to apprehend the players. There are also chances thatGrand Theft Auto 6will allow players to bypass this by hacking.

Police in theGrand Theft Autoseries do not attempt to arrest the players, instead try shooting them, especially when they are on the two-star wanted level. This will be improving as police Al will be much smarter inGTA 6than it ever was in previousGrand Theft Autogames.

Helldivers 2: How to Kill Tanks

As per the rumors, police officers will not start shooting players straight away but will give them time to surrender before they start shooting. This will be a huge leap from what we have seen in the previous games.

Police officers are also said to have more detailed behavior inGTA 6as per the situation as police officers will react more tactically than just barging in to shoot the guilty. According to the leaks, police officers will first surround the place in case of a murder, or surround the store that’s being robbed.

They will also allow players to surrender before they open fire, making the whole scene exciting. Although Rockstar Games has not confirmed any of this, it would be great to see these improvements inGTA 6.
