Throughout Grounded 2, you will have to find various Optical Disks scattered throughout the map. These are rare collectibles that are highly sought after. Obtaining a disk gets you some blueprints and recipes which can become useful later. There are six total disks located in the game.

Ice Cream Cart Optical Disk Location in Grounded 2
Before you head inside the cart itself, you will need adequate preparation. Being unprepared for anything inside could lead to a game over. Firstly, you must watch out for the chill. You will want to use Fuzzy Armor to counteract this effect. Still, it is likely that you will still need some extra protection from food or other resources.
The other thing to watch out for is enemies. You will want weapons and healing items to counter any surprise encounters inside the cart itself. Once you are done, head inside and keep moving while staying close to the right side.
You might encounter Scorpions on the way, so be careful while inside. Regardless, you will discover a body that has the Optical Disk sitting in front of it. Simply move ahead and grab it. The exact location is shown in the image above.

Milk Molar Location Nearby Ice Cream Cart in Grounded 2
This Optical Disk will let you craft Milk Molars as well. However, if you want to gain an edge over your opponents, then you should also grab these Milk Molars from near the Ice Cream Cart. Moreover, you will need the same protection from chill before heading to this area again. Fuzzy clothes are also ideal.
