A new rumor suggests Tim Allen could be headed back to TV after the massive ratings forRoseanneand it’s debut, totalling 18.2 million viewers.
Due to the success ofRoseanne,TMZreported thatFOXis considering revivingLast Man Standing, which was originally aired onABC. Many Twitter users seem to be onboard.
When the show was canceled, ABC denied that it was canceled due to the main star’s view on politics. Allen said he was “stunned and blindsided by the network I called home for the last six years.”

Last Man Standinghas always had a very large fan base. Allen told Fox News last year:
“The support from all the fans to bring back ‘Last Man Standing’ is truly overwhelming to me and so appreciated. I, along with the talented writers, wonderful crewandterrific actors, would definitely entertain the idea of bringing the show back as there is so much gas left in the tank, more to be said, and laughs to be had.”
The other two shows FOX is considering includeThat 70’s ShowandMalcolm in the Middle.
The series follows Mike Baxter, a senior executive and director of marketing for an outdoor sporting goods store chain based in Denver, Colorado, whose world is filled with his wife, three daughters, grandson, and the young men dating his daughters.
The entire series is now streaming onNetflix.
