Ever since his accident, his life was hanging by a thread, and seeing that he is finally on a path of recovery, no one would be surprised to see the actor step back either.
His recent tweet celebrates the upcoming finale of the second season ofMayor of Kingstown.It shows the actor looking at the camera with a big “Tomorrow” written on top of it. While at first glance it would seem to be a very mundane tweet celebrating as well as announcing the finale, its cryptic nature did not go unnoticed. Fans have been speculating whether or not the tweet could be announcing his retirement as well.
It could very well be focusing on it not only being the finale of the second season but also hinting towards how he would not be returning for a third season at all. While the future of the series is still unknown, Renner’s future in the industry has created a lot of rumors.

Jeremy Renner Could Be Working On His Last Few Projects
Jeremy Renner recently released the trailer for his latest limited series,Rennervations.The series would focus on the actor alongside others like Anthony Mackie and Anil Kapoor as they go around building vehicles for people in need. The actor confirmed that the series was shot before the accident and that it very quickly became his passion project as well as motivation for his journey back to health.
There is no assurance of whether or not he would be returning to the role of Clint Barton. His involvement with the Marvel Cinematic Universe remains unsure. However, fans do not want to lose hope and wish to see him come back to the big screen after his recovery.
Mayor of Kingstown’sfinale of the second season aired on 19th March 2023.Rennervationswill be available to watch on Disney+ from 12th April 2023.
