Chris Hemsworth‘s chef Dan Churchill recently revealed in an interview with Daily Mail that the Thor actor eats as many as 4,500 calories a day to prepare for his role in films likeThorandExtraction. However, this is not the first time he’s been in a conversation about his extreme diet.
His fitness trainer Luke Zocchi has also shared insights from theMen in Blackstar’s diet. He shared that Hemsworth eats 300 grams of protein every day to prepare for his Marvel role. The trainer revealed how he experimented with veganism for his role in the 2019 filmAvengers: Endgame.

Zocchi also revealed that they wanted to see what effects it would have on his body, and they were very“surprised by how well it worked.”He followed the vegan diet for eight weeks and ate extra beans in order to maintain his muscles.
His trainer also revealed that theSpiderheadstar opts for the dehydration process for his topless scenes, which helps to enhance his physique on camera.

During his recent interview, the actor’s personal chef Dan Churchill revealed Chris Hemsworth’s strict diet for his on-screen performances. He shared that every time he has to bulk up for a role, he consumes about 4500 calories per day, which includes ten meals of 450 calories.
The personal chef of the Marvel star also revealed that Hemsworth loves steak, rice-based dishes, broccoli, chicken, and banana protein shakes. Despite that, he does not hesitate to sacrifice his“taste and flavor”for his movie roles.

Dan Churchill has worked with Hemsworth for three years and is also in charge of recipes, bonus workouts, and challenges for the actor’s health and fitness app, Centr.
