Taking down the Pirate Alliance is an important quest that involves killing five targets in Assassin’s Creed Shadows.
Assassin’s Creed Shadows has a multitude of organizations and targets you must take down to secure peace across the land. One of these groups is the Pirate Alliance, which has five targets to take down (or spare).

These five targets are unlocked after talking to the aforementioned NPC. You will have to go across various locations to find and defeat them. Each of these will drop unique weapons for you to equip, along with a certain amount of exp and Mon depending on their level. Lastly, hunting each of these targets will also give you two mastery points.
